Schedule Order
Schedule all or part of your order to be shipped on a specific date in the future.
Create a standing order by splitting a line into several future delivery dates, at any interval you require, until that line is fully scheduled.
Order tracking number by line item
Customers will be able to track shipments by line item rather than total order.
Show order history for all orders
Customers will now be able to view on-line history of all their Corning orders, regardless of placement method.
Copy Corning Account Manager on order confirmation email
Account Managers will be able to provide additional customer support by receiving copies of order confirmations for customers’ on-line orders.
Email order confirmation to a colleague
This function will allow customers to share order information with co-workers or others within their organization.
