Certificates of Compliance

To request Certificate of Compliance please enter the Corning Catalog Number and click “Retrieve Certificate”. This number can be found on the product packaging as well as on the case label. The Corning Lot Number can be found on the case label, product packaging or printed on the product. The location of the Lot Number varies by product. If you need help locating the number please contact Customer Service 800-492-1110.
